BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Belmont Auto Enterprises d/b/a AutoHaus, of 4157 N. Lincoln Ave. from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at their property at 4157 N. Lincoln Ave.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
