ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District and B3-3 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-D in the area bounded by

East Marquette Road; the west line of the Metra (Illinois Central) Railroad right-of-way; a line 131 feet south of and parallel to East Marquette Road; and South Kenwood Avenue,

to those of an RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
