ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the C1-1, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-I in the area bound by:

West Irving Park Road; a line 52 feet west of and parallel to North Francisco Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Irving Park Road; and a line 25.28 feet east of and parallel to North Richmond Street,

to those of a RS-1 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
