ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City ofChicago for FULTON GALLEY on 07/24/2019, and printed upon page 3531 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City ofChicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "area #1 shall be sixty-one point two nine (61.29) feet in length and fifteen point two one (15.21) feet in width for a total of nine hundred thirty-two point two two (932.22) square feet; seating capacity: 68; Compensation: $1,025.44" and inserting in their place the words "area #\ shall be sixty-one point two nine (61.29) feet in length and ten point two one (10.21) feet in width for a total of six hundred twenty-five point seven seven (625.77) square feet; seating capacity: 46; Compensation $688.35"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
