ORDERED, that the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the installation of Standing Zone signs on South Halsted Street, from a point 90 feet south of West 65th Street to a point 50 feet south thereof on the west side of the street; 15 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday thru Saturday.
