BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

111 W. Chestnut Row Homes LLC of 101 to 115 West Chestnut Street

from the provisions requiring barriers as prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and to

parking facilities for the premises referenced herein.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
