BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Street Cleaning Only at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
1 Street Cleaning, Ohio from Ashland to Ogden (North side)— 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Second (2) Thursday of every month. April 1 to November 30.[02013-891]
Street Cleaning, Ohio from Ashland to Ogden (South side)— 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Second (2) Friday of every month. April 1 to November 30. [02013-900]
East Pearson Street from North Michigan Avenue to North Lake Shore Drive (south side); Street Cleaning Sign, No Parking, 9:00am to 1:00pm, April 1 through October 31 [2021-3617]
SECTION 2. and publication.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Street Cleaning Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
