ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the   3800   block of   West Wilcox Street (3800-3899 West Wilcox Street) on both sides of the street. Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
