Section 1:
The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for COMMONWEALTH on 09/11/2013, and printed upon page 60003 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "one hundred fifty per annum ($150.00)" and inserting in their place the words "zero ($0.00) per annum"
Section 2:
This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
