TRANSPORTATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.     Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago,

Commissioner of Transportation in hereby authorized and directed to exempt Mean Clean Hand Car Wash, LLC of 4209 W. Lake Street, from the provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4209 W. Lake Street.

SECTION 2.     This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and

after its passage and publication.
