ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RM5, Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-G in the area bounded by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West Ohio Street; a line 200 feet east of and parallel to North Armour Street; West Ohio Street; and a line 175 feet east of and parallel to North Armour Street,

to those of a RM4.5, Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
