Thomas Paspalas as a member of Special Service Area No. 16, the Greektown/Halsted Commission, until December 31, 2019, such period allocated as follows: a term effective immediately and expiring December 31, 2017, representing his completion of the remainder of the term left vacant by his previous resignation, followed immediately by a full two-year term.
