ORDINANCE

Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by adding the Pedestrian Street designation to Section 17-3-0503-D (1) for the properties abutting North Ashland Avenue on Map No. 9-H in the area bounded by:

a line 250 feet north of and parallel to West Waveland Avenue; North Ashland Avenue; a line 200 feet north of and parallel to West Waveland Avenue; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Ashland Avenue,
