ORDINANCE
CHESTNUT ROW HOMES LLC Acct. No. 399942 -1 Permit No. 1119684

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to CHESTNUT ROW HOMES LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use two (2) Sheeting(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 111 W. Chestnut St
Said Sheeting(s) at W. Chestnut Street measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred seventeen point five (117.5) feet in length, and one point five eight (1.58) foot in width for a total of one hundred eighty-five point six five (185.65) square feet. Said sheeting shall be approximately twenty-three (23) feet below grade level.
Said Sheeting(s) at Public Alley measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred eleven point one two (111.12) feet in length, and one point five eight (1.58) foot in width for a total of one hundred seventy-five point five seven (175.57) square feet. Said sheeting shall be approximately twenty-three (23) feet below grade level.

The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1119684 herein granted the sum of eight hundred ($800.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
