ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 388050 - 1 Permit No. 1129743

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for BAR SIENA on 12/13/2017, and printed upon page 63437 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

'"One (1) at twelve (12) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of thirty-six square feet.

the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"One (1) at forty-one (41) feet ten (10) inches in length and eight (8) feet in width for a total of three hundred thirty-four point six four (334.64) square feet.

the sum of eight hundred eighty-one ($881.00) per annum in advance."

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
