ORDINANCE
RIVER VIEW CONDO ASSOCIATION Acct. No. 88498 - 3 Permit No. 1130278

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RIVER VIEW CONDO ASSOCIATION, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, ten (10) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 415 E. North Water St
Said Caisson(s) at E. North Water Street measure(s):
Four (4) atone (1) foot in length, and six point four (6.4) feet in width for a total of twenty-five point six (25.6) square feet.
One (1) atone (1) foot in length, and ten point four (10.4) feet in width for a total often point four (10.4) square feet. One (1) atone (1) foot in length, and thirteen point one (13.1) feet in width for a total of thirteen point one (13.1) square feet.
One (1) at one (1) foot in length, and eighteen point seven (18.7) feet in width for a total of eighteen point seven (18.7) square feet.
Two (2) at one (1) foot in length, and point three (.3) feet in width for a total of point six (.6) square feet.
One (1) atone (1) foot in length, and one point eight (1.8) foot in width for a total of one point eight (1.8) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1130278 herein granted the sum of four hundred ($400.00) per annum in advance.
