RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite Wisdom has called Rita Faye Twardy to her eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Marty Quinn, Alderman of the 13^th Ward; and

WHEREAS, Rita Faye Twardy, age 57. Beloved wife of Jeffery Twardy Sr. Loving mother of Michelle Twardy and Jeffery Twardy Jr. (Alexandria Yorkman-Twardy). Dear grandma of Justine Twardy and Colton Twardy. Dearest daughter of Mageline and the late Alfred Boozer. Cherished sister of Don Boozer, Ray Boozer and Sharon Sypinski. Rita Faye Twardy leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this eighteenth day of March, 2015, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Rita Faye Twardy and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be prepared and presented to the family Rita Faye Twardy.
