INDUSTRIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Industrial Permit Parking Zones at the below listed locations:

WARD                     INDUSTRIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:

31                     4100 -4199 West Parker Avenue (north and south Side), Industrial Permit Parking

Zone 76, 5:30am to 12:00am, Monday-Friday [02023-1421]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Industrial Permit Parking Zones of vehicular traffic movement on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
