ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 2.

SECTION 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Corjirnissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Paisans Pizzeria & Bag-at 5211 S. Cicero Ave., Chicago, IL 60632 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
