CITY COUNCIL MEETING June 5, 2013
ORDERED, that the Director of the City Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to waive the Food Vendor License fees, Itinerant Merchant License fees, Mechanical Rides fees, Tent Erection fees and Street Closure fees for all the participants in the St. Stanislaus B&M Church Festival/Carnival located at 5352 W. Belden Avenue, to be held on July 25th through July 28th, 2013.
This shall take effect upon its passage and approval.
