BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of
Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:
Property Owner: Rogelio Ramirez
Use: egress and ingress to establish Auto Shop
Address: 2466 South Blue Island Avenue Chicago, IL 60608
from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address.
