RESOLUTION

 

WHEREAS, RuthAnn L. Botica has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 64 to her eternal reward; and

 

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by the Honorable Nicole T. Lee, Alderwoman of the 11th Ward; and

 

WHEREAS. RuthAnn is the beloved wife of John "Johnny Bo" Botica for 12 wonderful years; loving mother of Charles N. (Paulina) and Lauren C. Maslak; dear stepmother of Gianna Botica; dearest daughter ofthe late Ruth and Charles Parrillo; cherished grandmother of Italia and Charles; dear sister of Delia (John) Beaumont and the late Charles (Donna) Parrillo. She was a dear sister in law of Donna (Joe) Battliga. Michael (Teri) Botica. the late Matt (Terry) Botica, JoAnn (Al) Seidel, Timothy (Karen) Botica, Martin (Kathy) Botica. Patrick (Bridget) Botica, Mary Jo (the late Chickie) Iacovetti and wife of the late Kenneth Maslak; fond aunt of Tina (Robert), Cheryl (Kerry), Donna. Christine (Brian), Ruth Ann (Jeff), Jo Marie. Joey Lynn, Matthew, Ashley (John), Michael (Brianna), Anthony (Paige), Michael (Collen), Kaitlyn (Matt). Matthew (Mandy). Samantha. Christopher (Breana), Jaicie, Kayla, Payton, Patrick, Marti, Dani, Toni and Joseph. Loving great aunt, cousin and friend to many; and

 

WHEREAS, Her love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared RuthAnn to her family members, friends and all who knew her, and enabled her to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we. the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago gathered here this twentieth of July 2022, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of RuthAnn L. Botica and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
