ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt KPLN HOLDINGS LLC 6027 N KENMORE SERIES, property owner of 6027 N. Kenmore Avenue, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address.
