ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 6323 - 5 Permit No. 1107363

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for REHABILITATION INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO on 09/11/2013, and printed upon page 60052 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"two (2) Manhole(s)

Two (2) at six (6) feet in length, and six (6) feet in width for a total of seventy-two (72) square feet.

Sum of eight hundred ($800.00) per annum in advance."

and inserting in their place the words

"three (3) Manhole(s)

Three (3) at six (6) feet in length and six (6) feet in width for a total of one hundred eight square feet.

Sum of one thousand two hundred ($1,200.00) per annum in advance."
