ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by City Council and published in the Journal of Proceedings on March 11, 1998, on pages 63678 and 63679 which reads, Taxicab Stand Number 733 on upper East Wacker Drive, south side, from a point fifty (50) feet west of upper North Stetson Avenue, to a point one hundred fifty (150) feet thereof, 8 vehicles, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the following:

Taxicab Stand Number 733 on upper East Wacker Drive, south side, from a point fifty (50) feet west of upper North Stetson Avenue, to a point one hundred fifty (150) feet thereof, 8 vehicles , and inserting in lieu thereof

Taxicab Stand Number 733 on upper East Wacker Drive, south side, from a point fifty (50) west of upper North Stetson Avenue, to a point eighty (80) feet west thereof, 4 vehicles

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
