BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the CI-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 9-H in an area bounded by:

A line 351.35 feet northwest of West Cornelia Avenue; North Lincoln Avenue; a line 276.35 feet northwest of West Cornelia Avenue; a point 61.14 feet southwest of and perpendicular to North Lincoln Avenue; a line 218.50 feet north of and parallel to West Cornelia Avenue; North Ravenswood Avenue; a line 293.50 feet north of and parallel to West Cornelia Avenue extending 40.19 feet east of North Ravenswood Avenue; and a line perpendicular to North Lincoln Avenue
to those of a CI-3 Neighborhood Commercial District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
