ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-5 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-F in the area bounded by

West 28^th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; a line 85 feet south of and parallel to West 28^th Street; South Halsted Street,

to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

Common Address of Property:  2801 -07 South Halsted Street/747-753 West 28^tn Street

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
