Establishment of Traffic Lane Tow-Away Zone

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following location is hereby designated as a traffic lane tow-away zone, between the limits specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:

49      West Albion Avenue: West Albion Avenue (north side) from North Sheridan Road to the first alley west thereof—no parking tow-away zone—at all times—all days.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
