BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Director of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Roy's Furniture Building, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, of 7030 North Hiawatha Avenue, Chicago, Illinois from requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the property located at 2455 North Sheffield.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
