BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the PMD-2, Planned Manufacturing District 2, symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-G in the area bounded by




The public alley next north of and parallel to West North Avenue; a line 50.00 feet east of and parallel to the east line of Ada Street; a line 75.00 feet east of and parallel to the east line of Ada Street; and West North Avenue,

to those of a C3-1 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District. SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.

FREDERICK EARL (AKA "BUD") SCHWARTZ and STEVEN M. SCHWARTZ, as Co-Trustees under Trust Agreement dated July 25, 2000, and known as Frederick Earl (aka "Bud") Schwartz Trust, and not personally, and FREDERICK EARL (AKA "BUD") SCHWARTZ, as successor Trustee to ARLINE FRANCES SCHWARTZ under Trust Agreement dated July 25, 2000, and known as Arline Frances Schwartz Trust, and not personally, holds title to the property located at 1300 - 1308 West North Avenue, Chicago, Illinois (the "Property").
