BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Chicago Municipal Code, portions of the following streets are hereby designated as residential permit parking zone for the following location:

That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council establishing a Residential Permit Parking Zone in the 2^nd Ward in the area with the following boundaries: for residential permit parking in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking there from, the following:

•   South Giles Street (east side) from 3441 to 3449 South Giles Street as Residential Permit Parking

Zone      , All Days, All Times.

SECTION 2.   This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
