BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for IRMCO PROPERTIES & MANAGMENT CORPORATION on 07/30/2008, and printed upon page 35687 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "IRMCO PROPERTIES & MANAGMENT CORPORATION" and inserting in their place the words "WRPV XI Seneca Chicago, L.L.C"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
