SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE A-7843

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Planned Development Number 117 (air right) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 22-F in the area bounded by

West 87^th Street; South State Street; East 88^th Street, or the line thereof if extended where no street exists and South Lafayette Avenue,

to those of a T Transportation District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
