Dimensions: Length 90 feet Height 40 feet Height above grade / roof to top of sign 15 feet TOTAL SQUARE FOOT AREA 3600_
Such sign(s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Title 17 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago governing the construction and maintenance of outdoor signs, signboards and structures.

If this application requires a Public Way Use permit you must print the application and take to
BACP - City Hall -121 N La Salle St. Room 800 (8th floor City Hall) along with all applicable paper work for the zoning review : (Zoning Site Plan, Sign Rendering and Construction Drawings/Detail documents). All applications for a particular Public Way Use permit must be brought to City Hall at the same time.
If this application does not require a Public Way Use permit, please print the application, attach the Zoning Site Plan, Sign Rendering and Construction Drawings/Detail documents, and mail to:
City Hall, Room 905 Department of Zoning 121 N. La Salle St. Chicago, IL. 60602
Once your application is approved you will be notified via email that the balance is ready for payment. Payment will be made by credit card at this site. After successful payment in full you will be able to print your permit from this site. Permits will no longer be mailed to you.
