BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following:

"South Kolmar Avenue      5800 block of South Kolmar Avenue, on the

south side ofthe West 58^th Street from South Kolmar Avenue east to the alley (5801 South Kolmar Avenue), and on the south side of West 58^th Street from South Kolmar Avenue to South Kenton Avenue (5800 South Kolmar) Residential Parking Zone 345."

And inserting in lieu thereof

"South Kolmar Avenue      5800 block of South Kolmar Avenue, on the

south side ofthe West 58^th Street from South Kolmar east to the alley (5801 South Kolmar Avenue), and on the south side of West 58^th Street from South Kolmar Avenue to South Kenton Avenue (5800 South Kolmar), Inserting a new zone." (Removing Residential Parking Zone 345)

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
