ORDINANCE

1234 West Devon Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofChicago, the Director of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Thang Dinh, 6229 North Tripp Avenue, Chicago, IL 60646, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 1234 West Devon Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
