BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for DELIGHTFUL PASTRIES on 03/18/2015, and printed upon page 104410 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words "twelve (12) feet in length and five (5) feet in width for a total of sixty (60) square feet" and inserting in their place the words "thirteen point nine two (13.92) feet in length and six point three three (6.33) feet in width for a total of eighty-eight point one two (88.12) square feet"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
