Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST OF CHICAGO U/T 121309-02, upon the terms and subject to the conditions ofthis ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, six (6) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 633 N. St Clair St
Said Planter(s) at E. Erie Street measure(s):
One (1) at twenty-eight (28) feet in length, and seven point three three (7.33) feet in width for a total of two hundred five point two four (205.24) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at N. St Clair Street measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-two (32) feet in length, and seven point three three (7.33) feet in width for a total of two hundred thirty-four point five six (234.56) square feet.
One (1) at twenty-six (26) feet in length, and seven point three three (7.33) feet in width for a total of one hundred ninety point five eight (190.58) square feet.
One (1) at thirty-two (32) feet in length, and seven point three three (7.33) feet in width for a total of two hundred thirty-four point five six (234.56) square feet.

Grantee must allow the required clear and unobstructed space for pedestrian passage at all times per rules and regulations approved by the Department of Transportation.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
