WHEREAS, Parents Brendan and Catie Rice welcomed their new baby son, Kicran Timothy Rice, into the world on July 28th, 2020. On that date, Kicran made his first appearance weighing ! eight pounds, seven ounces and stretching the tape to nineteen inches; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of this blessed event by the. Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11 th Ward and the Honorable Matthew O'Shea, Alderman ofthe 19th Ward; and l
WHEREAS, The joy of arrival has spread to the family's many dear friends and loving relatives, especially by his grandparents Geri and Tim Kellenher and Madonna Rice, his aunts Eileen Rice and Mary Ellen Kellchcr, his Uncles Joe Kellehcr, Kevin Rice, and Colin Rice, his bigger brother Kellan Rice, and he would have certainly brought much joy to his late grandfather Richard Rice; and
V WHEREAS, The announcement of this special birth represents the future of Chicago and the
endless possibilities for our great City; now, therefore, ' r "
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago, gathered here this sixteenth day of December 2020, do hereby extend our heartiest congratulations to Brendan and Catie. We proudly welcome their son Kicran Timothy Rice, into the world where we are confident he will grow, prosper and, following in his family's footsteps, make many significant contributions to the world; and
