Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to THE ART INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, three (3) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 7 W. Madison Ave
Said Vault(s) at Madison St measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred seventeen point six seven (117.67) feet in length, and eleven point three three (11.33) feet in width for a total of one thousand three hundred thirty-three point two (1333.2) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at S. State measure(s):
One (1) at forty-eight (48) feet in length, and eighteen (18) feet in width for a total of eight hundred sixty-four (864) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at Alley parrallel to State St measure(s):
One (1) at forty-eight (48) feet in length, and four point five (4.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred sixteen (216) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1112282 herein granted the sum of seven thousand seven hundred twenty-two ($7,722.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
