ORDINANCE

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 through 4 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

 

SECTION 2.  Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (8.13), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of July 29, 2015 at page 3641, with the following underscored text:

 

4-60-022 (8.13)       On 83rd Street, from Paxton Avenue to Jefferv Avenue.

 

SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (8.41), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of October 8, 2014 at page 92367, with the following underscored text:

 

4-60-022 (8.41)       On Stony Island Avenue, from 87th Street to 91st Street.

 

SECTION 4. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (8.7), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of May 8, 2013 at page 52899, with the following underscored text:

4-60-023 {87}        On 79th Street, from Creaier Avenue to Stony Island Avenue.
