ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the 8600 block of South Vernon Avenue, 8600 to 8645, 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Sundays through Saturdays, excluding Holidays.
