(Water/Sewer Rates) Cancel Assessments

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-12-540 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Water Management are hereby authorized and directed to cancel existing assessments, notwithstanding other ordinances of the City of Chicago to the contrary, assessed against Washington & Jane Smith 2320 W. 113^th PL, Chicago, Illinois 60643.
