ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on     South Albany Avenue        on the west side of the street only, from West 55 Street to the first alley north thereof, Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
