RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members of the Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to Victor Wayne Bates in honor of his 65^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to Victor Wayne Bates on the occasion ofthis momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident of the City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, Victor Wayne Bates now belongs to our 15^th Ward Seniors community, of whom we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members ofthe Chicago City Council, gathered here this 18^th of March 2020 A.D., do hereby congratulate Victor Wayne Bates on the occasion of his birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to Victor Wayne Bates for his continued good health, happiness and success following this, his 65^th Birthday; and,
