BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Autohaus Tires and Service, Inc. 4333 West Addison Street

from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise(s) address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after it: and due publication.
