MEMORIAL RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Angela Fornelli, to her eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has been informed of her passing by The Honorable Margaret Laurino, Alderman of the 39th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Angela Fornelli, was and active and vital member of her community. The beloved wife of Anthony J. Fornelli; loving mother of Jeanine (the late Blake) Hammack, Toni (Michael) Kilgallon, Angela (Sammy) Galioto, Marguerite (Craig) Petitte and the late Madelyn Fornelli; dear grandmother of nine, great-grandmother of five; loving sisterof the late Philip (the late Eleanor) Favia, and the late Ralph (Rosemary) Favia; loving aunt of four. Angela Fornelli leaves a legacy of faith, compassion, dignity and love; and
WHEREAS, Angela Fornelli will be deeply missed, but the memory of her character, intelligence and compassion will live on in those who knew and loved her; now, therefore,
Be It Resolved, That we, the Mayor and members of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this sixth day of July, 2011, do hereby .express our sorrow on the death of Angela Fornelli and extend to her family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
Be It Further Resolved, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Angela Fornelli. s\ / %
