ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION /.Title 17, ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-N in the area bounded by
West Higgins Avenue; a line 25 feet northwest of North Natoma Avenue as measured at the southwesterly right-of-way line of West Higgins Avenue and perpendicular thereto; the alley next north of and parallel to West Berwyn Avenue; and a line 50 feet northwest of North Natoma Avenue as measured at the southwesterly right-of-way line of West Higgins Avenue and perpend-icular thereto,
to those of a Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
