ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) is authorized and directed to update the assessed land values currently utilized for setting the price of Sidewalk Cafe Permits under City of Chicago Municipal Code 10-28-800 et seq., to those of the 2015 assessment period and adjust Sidewalk Cafe Permit fees accordingly.
