ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the     1100-1158 (Greenwood to Woodlawn) block of East 90^th Street on both sides of the street, Sunday thru Saturday, at all times, add to Zone 1802.
